OUR FALL ART CLASSES START SEPTEMBER 14

 

CHILDREN & TEENS CLASSES

 

 

 

 

Children and Teens classes start mid September and run through to Dec. 10.

These are Saturday classes from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We take children from ages 7 to 11 in watercolour and acrylic.

The classes run 1 hour - 1.5 hours and 2 hours, which ever suites you best for your child.

All supplies are included.

Prices are $25.00 per hour - 1.5 hours is $35.00 and 2 hours is $39.00

 

Adult Classes start September 17

 

Beginner's Floral in Watercolour

A beginner's class in basic techniques of watercolour.

This entails a Drop and Pull technique - Wet on Wet and Wet on Dry

Class starts Sept. 17 and runs 4 consecutive weeks - 24 - Oct. 1 & 8

Fee is $140.00

This does not include supplies

A starter kit is available for $65.00

Student can also have supplies added on for an additional $20.00

 

 

Beginner's Class in Scenery Watercolour

A beginner's class September 18 - 25 - October 2 and 9

Basic watercolour technique in Autumn Scenery

Students will be painting in autumn colours

Subject matter will be rivers - creeks - rocky shores - paths and lakes

Time is 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Fee $160.00

Does not include art supplies

A starter kit is available for $65.00

Students can also have supplies added on for an additional $20.00

Evening Art Class in Autumn Scnery

This class will be focused on Scenery - starts September 19 - 26 - October 3 and 10

Rivers - Lakes - Paths - Trees and Rocks

Time is 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Fee $165.00

Does not include art supplies

A starter kit is available for $65.00

Students can also have supplies added on for an additional $20.00

All Seasons Landscape Watercolour

This class we will be working on river banks, shore lines, lakes, mountains, creeks - some structure

such as barns.

Starts September 19 - 26 - Oct. 3 and 10

Time 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Fee $160.00

Beginner kit available for $85.00

Does not include art supplies

Students can also have supplies added on for an additional $20.00

ONE-DAY ARTIST WRITING WORKSHOP

 

 

To all new or established visual artrist let me teach

you how to write your Artist's Statement, CV's, Biography and Resume.

 

Have everything you need to approach galleries, grants or the media.

 

Required : Bring a piece of your favorite artwork;

 notepad or laptop, thesaurus and dictionary.

Cost $40.00

In this four hour workshop you will learn how to use small glass pieces to create an unusual art piece.
Small glass pieces are glued onto a glass background and your finished piece can be grouted or left un-grouted.

Please drop in and pick up the information sheet on materials that are required and rules.
Full payment is required upon booking.

The schedule for Mid Fall Watercolour Workshops will be posted by Sept 25.
This will be for Adults and Youth's.
We have set aside Saturday mornings and afternoon's for children 6 to 12 years of age.
Group and Private Classes Available.


The mid fall watercolour classes start Mid October to Late November.
There are morning, afternoon and evening classes available.
